MIDWEST LED Warranty Policy
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you are experiencing an issue with a product purchased from MIDWEST LED, please contact our support team using the contact information listed at the bottom of this page and include the following:
-
Your order number in the format “0000ML”
-
Photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue or product failure
-
A brief description explaining the problem you are experiencing
For in-person purchases, an email address or phone number must be provided at the time of purchase so that the order can be located if warranty service is needed.
Warranty Coverage
All products manufactured and branded by MIDWEST LED are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and normal product failure.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and remains valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s ownership, beginning on the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Acceptable proof includes an order number in the format #0000ML.
Warranty Evaluation & Resolution
All warranty claims are reviewed and evaluated at the discretion of MIDWEST LED. Additional information or documentation may be required in order to process a claim.
If necessary, customers may be asked to return the product for inspection. In such cases, return shipping to MIDWEST LED is the responsibility of the customer when the claim occurs more than 30 days after the purchase date.
If a warranty claim is approved, MIDWEST LED may choose one of the following resolutions:
-
Repair the defective product
-
Replace the product with the same item or a comparable product of equal value
-
Issue store credit equal to the original purchase price if the product is no longer available
If a product has been discontinued and an identical replacement is not available, MIDWEST LED will provide either a comparable replacement product or store credit equal to the original purchase price. Store credit may be used toward any product available through MIDWEST LED.
International warranty claims may require additional shipping charges.
Wheel light failures will be replaced with a strip unless the ring itself has failed.
Third-Party Products
MIDWEST LED also retails products from other brands, including LOWGLOW and Sick Diesel Gear.
The MIDWEST LED Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to products manufactured and branded by MIDWEST LED.
Products produced by third-party manufacturers are covered solely by the warranty policies of the original manufacturer. MIDWEST LED cannot modify, extend, or override another manufacturer’s warranty terms.
If assistance is needed in contacting a manufacturer regarding a warranty claim, our team is happy to help direct customers to the appropriate support channel.
